I have queried various bank charges that went through my bank account a few minutes ago.
The call centre confirmed that the bank had technical problems and that incorrect amounts went through my account. When I asked if they don't communicate with their customers if they made a mistake, the feedback was that NO communication is sent to their customers and that they are unable to trace their clients!!! You do have all my contact details on your system!! Apparently MOST of their accounts were affected.
What is going on??? Various different charges went through my account.
I have been a client for - 20 years and this is how you treat me!?!?!? I want to close this account with immediate effect and need a formal explanation what you have done on my account.
Please provide feedback by no later than end of day.
