POOR RESPONSE TO INCORRECT BILLING QUERY

I RENTED A VEHICLE FOR 48 HOURS 14/01/2014 TO 16/01/2014
JUST BEFORE RETURNING VEHICLE I RE-FUELLED.
I RECEIVED THE FINAL BILL ON THE 26/01/2014.
THEY CHARGED FOR 3 DAYS INSTEAD OF 2 AND CHARGED FOR REFUELLING.
I QUERIED THE CHARGES ON THE 27/01 AND WAS GIVEN A REFERENCE NUMBER (413978)
AND TOLD THAT I WOULD HAVE FEEDBACK WITHIN 24 HOURS.
IT IS NOW MORE THAN 72 HOURS LATER AND STILL NO FEEDBACK!
WHEN I PHONED TO QUERY I AM TOLD IT IS WITH THE BRANCH MANAGER (I ASSUME AT SANDTON WHERE I PICKED UP THE VEHICLE.
EUROPCAR IS QUICK TO PUT THOUGHT THEIR DEPOSIT TRANSACTION BUT NOT SO QUICK TO RETURN IT. AT THIS RATE I WILL BE CHARGED INTEREST ON MY CREDIT CARD JUST BECAUSE THERE IS AN OUTSTANDING AMOUNT AT THE END OF THE MONTH.
