The idea of "Premier Banking" when the product was sold to me, is utterly useless! I have now submitted 3 requests for feedback on a query for my home loan. Only after the 2nd request did I receive a call telling me that my query is being looked at and the relevant department will give me feedback soon. It is now 3 weeks since my initial request and have yet to have an answer.

This is just this query, not to mentioned that ALL queries in the past have also never been dealt with within a reasonable timeframe, if at all.
