I have a contract with 8ta for 199pm and pay via debit order each month. During September, I was charged for several purchases of data bundles totalling R894. When my debit order came off I queried the the charges straight away (1 nov 2013) as I never made purchases and it seemed my account was hacked.
I was asked to send my query and all supporting documents so that the relevant persons can do an investigation. After several emails and phone calls to 8ta, I have received no feedback.
Please I need feedback on this.
