I opened a simple account for my two children in December 2013. One of the accounts has been frozen because of FICA. The other account is fine - the SAME FICA documents were used for both accounts.

When taken up with Cresta branch, I am just ignored.

If Nedbank cannot get a simple account right... what is one to expect for a more intricate account
