12th Nov - Logged a claim on the internet got sms with claim no 14100.
13th Nov - Phoned to confirm claim - call centre says claim not registered. logged a new claim 2480870.
I am concerned that the claim logged by the call centre may not contain the correct detail with regards to the incurred damages.
We have not had a call from ABSA insurance with respect to which consultant is handling the claim. I cannot get through to the call centre on the phone even after holding on for 90 minutes. The call centre is manned by only 2 people.
Come on ABSA wake up, do something. Management must take accountability - we the clients are paying your salaries.
Perhaps I should try the Ombudsman to kick some.
