I recently opened an investment account with Nedbank - i called into the Client Contact Centre and spoke with Jody. She was friendly, extremely patient and efficient with regards to explaining the different products to me. She explained the process and followed up just about every day untill both my new accounts were loaded onto my profile at the bank. She also followed up with the Card division to ensure prompt delivery and she guided & assured me with regards to all questions i had. This lady is the Best of the Best: because of her excellent service i will recommend Nedbank to anyone and everyone. Thank you Jody!!!
