I have tried a dozen times a day over the last two weeks to get through to a consultant to find out about my claim for storm damage to our house. I can NEVER get through so I tried emailing and have not even had the courtesy of a response. The Automated update is that the claim is 'open' which has been like that for I don't know how long... I would like to know more. This is East London's rainy season and I have a huge hole in my ceiling thanks to the last two big storms we've had recently.By the time we get a response from Standard Bank they're going to have a much bigger claim on their hands as with every rainy day the damage gets worse.
Please can someone respond!!!
