UN ETHICAL PRACTICE BY STANDARD BANK

When making a payment on line a person invariably has to forward proof of payment to the recipient of the payment.

Standard bank have removed the ability for us to save the document to our desk top in order to forward it later to the recipient, this means one of 2 things. 1. you have to make use of the SMS or mail facility on the Standard bank web site for which they automatically bill you a relatively high fee.. Or 2. you have to print scan and mail the document. Printing is bad for the environment and one looses time processing these functions.

I think its poor business practise and am asking WHY? Everyone else should be also as we are being forced to either waste our own time and damage the environment or spend unnecessary high fees with Standard bank
