I pay for service with Standard Bank and the service is very BAD. I have tried to claim for hail damage to my roof. Last year we had that big hail storm and submitted a claim, they sent someone to my house took some photos and left, I did not get any feedback from STD Bank and tried finding out why they won't cover anything on my roof. I have a corrugated roof which I repaired my self. This I find unacceptable as I pay for insurance but as soon as there is a claim they have excuses.
Please can someone phone me and please report back to me why they cannot assist with my roof?
The hail storm was a natural disaster and no one expected this, but just to get a cold shoulder from your insurance company as BAD.
