Our house is damaged since November 2013 and till 2day it is still not repaired. They are not covering extended damages and do not fix our house and we encounting more damages. Our kitchen cupboard, wall tiles and fancy ceiling is excluded from cover. I don't know why we are taking house insurance. No one calls us. We need to call them for feedback. I'm disgusted with the service from standard bank insurance. We are in rainy season and we are living in terrible conditions while having insurance.
