I took out business insurance through nedbank group insurance brokers, and accepted a quote with a premium of R383.96 a month. On 3/12/2013 Nedbank took 2 amounts off my account, R2880 and R2289. That is R5169 nedbank took out of my account when I agreed to pay a monthly premium! I have queried it 3 times and I was promised that the refund would reflect in my account a week ago! I am still waiting. This is, especially since I have not submitted the signed debit order authority yet. If this is not rectified immediately I will have to take this further. The quote I accepted and the policy I received are not the same. Had I requested an annual premium (which I did not), the quote I accepted would have an annual premium of R4607.52, not R5169!
