I had logged a claim for water damage almost a week ago.
I was given a claim number and then told that an assessor would contact me.
I was then contacted by Crime Scene who could not give me a time of assessment but were able to get the assessor to call me prior to coming over.
I agreed that I would clear my Friday schedule and wait for the assessor to contact me.
The ENTIRE of Friday was spent waiting for a phone call but it never happened.
I then contacted discovery and spoke to Nishal who tried his best to apologise but having wasted an entire day I was not interested.
He then suggested that I find my own service provider to which point I told him that at 6pm on a Friday it was near impossible.
I then requested that he get a manager to address this matter with me and was advised that he would send an email to Sandiswa Zondi requesting him to contact me.
I was copied on the email and waited for Sandiswa to contact me. NEVER happened.
I called today only to be given the run around and Sandiswa is nowhere to be found.
Is this the level of service that is provided from a MANAGEMENT LEVEL?
Whilst I run around looking for someone to assist I am still left with damanged items...
