I accepted the quote and cancel the existing one. all of a sudden discover changed the premium to crazy amount, different to the one I accepted without consulting me or notification, what is that? At first during the first quote, I asked them do you guys take double at first and they said no then a I accepted the quote. when I wanted to change the debit order date that's when they told me that we double at first. remember I've already cancel the existing insurance when this started to happen. after complain they apologize for double charges and said that's how we do business is either take it or leave it (now remember the frustration of going back to my previous insurance), so I made a decision to take it because of the time. after few days I requested my plan schedule what a shocking finding, the premium amount is more than what I accepted on the first quote and now they are going to apologize for this and say sorry we made a mistake on the first quote, correct quote is the second one, please ignore the first quote. I'm disappointed with discover insurance. and Cheater Discover Insurance
