1. Why in the world can I once again not apply for a temporary loan. I thought you fixed my things previously???

2. I lost out on ebucks at Incredible Connection in Cresta yesterday because I paid cash. Why? Because you havent fixed their pinpoint machine!

3. I responded to an SMS from you that my smart device is up for renewal about a month ago. To date not a single phone call.

I pay for premier banking, would be great if I could get the service I pay for.
