Double Debit every month!

I have a taken a smart device with FNB and ever since i have taken the device i have been having endless problems with double debit on the premium & insurance & its costing me money to call them every month and for the money to be escalated and i must wait 3- 4 days, I mean why the problem cant be fixed if this is continuosly happening?? I email Raquel Korler from Core Banking on numerous occasions and she does not reply, yesterday i called four different numbers and that is costing me money, FNB is not paying for the calls and i want to be re instated for the calls i made & when i mailed Miss Kruger from complaints she replies that she has sent the request through and someone will call me its gone 24hrs and no-one has and honestly i am sick of FNB now and this smart device issues and if this does not getted sorted today FNB can take the smart device and shove it!! I tell alot of friends and family to switch their current banks to FNB but i am getting a push aside for a simple issue... Wake up FNB!!!
