Ebacks says my account is not in good standing

Exercise in frustration...

My ebucks accounts says that my account is not in good standing and that I don't qualify for discounts.

I've spoken to the premier banking call centre (Mpho) who has tried to assist but to no avail, she put me through to ebucks to resolve the issue but to no avail.

What appear to have happened is that my account was switched to the smart device option on 8 May (while it was in overdraft) and for some reason my overdraft limit was 'lost' making ebucks see my account as being in 'bad standing'

Please help get this fixed, ebucks says everything is fine, but I don't have my discounts and premier don't not appear to be able to persuade them that this is the case.
