Denied access for a new temporary loan

FNB has a service whereby I can apply for a temporary loan once a month. I have previously used this service only twice but now they are refusing me access to this service. I've always settled my loans on time. And i never had to wait for days or weeks to apply for a new temporary loan. I phoned the loan department and they cannot even give me reasons why they are denying me this service. All i want are answers from them.
