SMART DEVICE APPLICATION

My Fiance this morning tried to apply for a smart device and was declined because she has no credit cause she pays everything cash, now to me that would sound like the most attractive client to have, FNB are being absolutly rediculous with how they wont even assist there clients to build up there credit rating, it is not as though she is going to be running away her salary gets paid into the account every single month. I have been banking with FNB for almost 10 years now and am seriously considering closing my account with them after this whole thing.
