Submitted two claims on Wednesday morning 25.09.2013 and as promised by Chanel I received positive feedback for the first claim within 24 hours! Sandile called me to give me the good news. Palesa ensured all the paperwork was already sent to the MTN store where I collected the phone from, this made it sooo efficient so much so that I got there and collected the phone, signed the necessary paperwork, paid and left customers I had found there already. that felt really great!! thank you 24 Hour Mobility for this smooth process. keep up the good work! now just waiting for feedback for second claim.
