BAD CLIENT SERVICE

I submitted a claim for my cellphone to be repaired the phone was collected at my place of employment on the 22nd of May 2013. I have been following up with 24 hour mobility ever since then as they don't have the decency of keeping their clients informed. Last week I followed up on how far they are with the repairs to my phone apparently they did not have the parts for my phone and they were going to receive the parts on Friday the 7th of June 2013 today on the 11th I phoned them again and now they say they have not received the parts yet and will be getting it either Wednesday or Thursday i have been without a phone for the last 4 weeks what service this is why cant they phone samsung and follow up with them i bet they just sit on their behinds all day and do absolutely nothing while Iam waiting for my cellphone pathetic I tell you pathetic!!!
