Claim not settle for few months for home insurance

I have home insurance from ABSA. I have filed claim for bath tub few months back. But it is not settled till now. And whenever tried to contact the claim section dealing in repair related to bath tub. The phone goes to voice mail and even after waiting for very long time, the phone is not attended by anyone.
The claim number is 2463530.
