I am in the process of claiming through King Price (Lizette Truter) and we had a few issues with a disclaimer that we needed to sign. Eventually the disclaimer was signed with a few amendments hand-written onto it.
I have emailed it to Lizette and have asked if everything is in order and if they will be proceeding with the payout. I have sent 3 emails asking this question with no response. Where is the customer service?
I have tried the call centre but eventually you go to a voice mail service but oh wait it is full...
This is unacceptable service from king price! I would just like a response from someone regarding my questions!
