Can essential med ask me to go to my bank and the charges reversed that they took from my bank account?

I had a amount deducted from my account after i had my policy canceled. This morning i receive and email asking me to go to my bank and the amount reversed, with and apology for the inconvenience.

How dare these people ask me to fix their mistake.

Essential I WANR MY MONEY IN MY ACCOUNT BEFORE END OF DAY TODAY 17 December 2013, including my bank charges. If i do not get a response from you people my lawyer will be contacting you.

This is extremely disturbing

I AM FURIOUS.
