I gave in my phone to be repaired as my screen had been badly cracked. A few days after my phone had been taken in, I recieved my invoice for the 10% excess. As promised it took 3 working days after my payment was recieved to get my phone back looking brand new again. Thank you Callsure, everything you promised you delivered.
