I like standard bank but... I am in a situation where I need to increase my electronic banking limit and cannot visit a branch to do this. Customer service indicated that I have reached the limit and need to send a secure message to my branch. I sent the message on Thursday last week but reluctantly because I have never gotten a response for any secure message I have ever sent. Now I am in an emergency situation and I really need that functionality to work for me. I have spent a lot of airtime on hold waiting for an answer etc. Please Standard bank consultant I need some help here urgently
