No Help from the legal Department

I have had a problem with FNB for more than a month. I was blacklisted in August by FNB. I contacted Clientele legal and explained my case. I was blacklisted for an account that FNB reopened without my permission and knowledge. I have had absolutely no joy from Clientele Legal.
The one attorney that I first dealt with, either did not listen or could not understand me, but came back with an answer which was not related to my problem. He also told me to get proof that what FNB was saying it was for, was paid and if I had been handed over to the credit bureau after I had started paying their attorneys, it would go to the Ombudsman to clear my name. I emailed the proof to Clientele Legal. Still nothing happened. When I emailed Clientele Legal saying I want to cancel my contract, they called and asked why. I explained the whole issue again. Nothing came from that. I received a call about a week ago and the guy said I needed to go do an affidavit. Do they know what they are doing.
Think I must go to Legal Wise.
I am sure the adverts on TV are paid actors, as I don't believe that Clientele are as good as they say.
