In Nov (2012) I went to switch my accounts to FNB, just to discover that there is already a profile in my name, pending since 2010, FNB then blacklisted me. The account was open with possibly just the copy of my ID, as my ID has never been or lost. I worked through Lichtenburg branch, where I was told that I am blacklisted on SHAMWARI. I directly phoned Shamwari, were I was told that the only people that can take me of the list were the company that listed me!! In this case FNB. I emailed head of FNB, C.Motha several of times (the first mail was on Jan 21st), I never got any response from her. On Friday the 6th of Dec (2013) I yet again sat with the manager (LTX), we phoned the SAFPS and spoke to Catherine, she said the only person that can take me of the blacklisting system is C. Motha. We got hold of her tel number as well her email, which was the same one I emailed in January, we phoned, but there was no answer. Never the less to say is that I don't qualify for any loans, no accounts, no nothing! As they pick up the ID on my name. At this moment I am faced with a huge financial situation not to talk about the embarrassment it has caused me! Please can anyone help me!
