My name is Nikki Watkins and my ID is 6801150062086. I have two personal loans with Nedbank: 8001870595801 and 8001998991401. As i have not been able to pay the full amount on each loan i phoned in and made arrangements to pay half of the loan repayments for three months and in January i need to phone in again to make other arrangements. My October and November came off as half the required amount but then i was debited on the 15th for the arrears and the full instalment!!! This came to R5000!!! This is not acceptable as per the arrangement (please check phone calls) AND per your OWN debits being taken off I am only paying half the instalments till January - please refund me the almost R4000 owing to me asap as i have obligations that i am committed to pay. Looking forward to your speedy response.
