Loan Repayments

Im a client with FNB for a long time now and had a home loans with the and now 2 personal loans but they tell me straigh that they unable to assist me. I could afford the repayment of the loan since the time I took the loans with them but things has change Ive been through a divorce and and now are liable for all the debt that needs to be repaid, I never failed or missed payments on the loan and paid more then half already on it, I call the collections dept. to ask to get my installment either reduced or my contract extend the lady with the name Nthokozo tell me straight she cant assist, I try to prevent my account to go into arears and then have to make arrangements and this is what I get. I ask her so if dontt pay it for 2-3months then you guys will put arrangement into place... she said yes but now I must keep on paying the full installment there is nothing she can do. I explained my situation to her that I wont be able to make the full payment. I just feel that its really bad Im trying to prevent my account to go into a bad state and this is what I get after being with FNB so long. But they ask "How can we help you" They dont help at all.
