I have a fixed debit order arrangement on my Capitec loan for 26th of every month. My employer paid me a much needed extra bonus for hard work and it was a godsend. Without warning to me and my employer Capitec to 75% of my bonus on 14Dec2013! The consultant @ Montague Garden branch and at the Customer "Care" centre was unhelpful, uncaring, cold and clearly didn't give a when I enquried. I am very upset about the ruthless way Capitec has dealt with me and disillutioned, because I truly believed Capitec was different than other greedy commercial banks. I am a breadwinner for my two children and made plans with my bonus to adress a need for my family. The customer service or after service is really bad. Is this what Jannie Mouton envisioned?
