One apology from Capitec leads to more drama

Capitec debited me early in December 2013 before I was paid by my employer on the 18th as I had a positive bank balance and they ASSUMED it was my salary. This same day, I needed to put petrol in my car and swipe my card and it bounced, I was left stranded and had to leave my personal cell phone as collateral (I loaned money from my manager to pick up my phone- which was embarrassing in it's self), with this I had debit orders bounce (where I was forced to pay the bank charges for that too) after this experience and contacted Capitec they "reversed" the debit order and put it in my Capitec account and not into my personal account where's they initially debited it from. Been a new year and thinking everything was now sorted I just got a call from Capitec informing me that I have an outstanding balance of - R4 that I must pay at a branch. I do not accept that this is my fault, after Capitec apologised to me for the error - I have a lot more to say about the experiences of Capitec, however, with this, I have just told myself when my dealings are over - I will not be using there services again and I have informed people about there lack of service and unethical business tactics
