Unauthorized debit

13th of December, under 2 weeks before Christmas.
Nedbank decides without notifying me that they will debit my account which is not due yet.

I get paid on the 27th, irrespective of whether its Christmas or not, My account is always paid and this is the thanks i get.

they say they sent me a sms but i was out of the country (ref. another complaint on hello peter because my cards would not work abroad, and all i get is excuses for why) and didn't receive anything. Still don't know what i was going to do with an sms, I get paid on the 27th either way, and they obviously know that.

And Monique that i spoke to sounds angry like i did something wrong.

I cant take any more bad service from Nedbank.
