Between 15th and 18th of August 2013 an unauthorized transaction took place on my account after my card was swallowed by the ATM at Klipfontein (highland meows shopping center) approximate 18:30. I tried to report the incident to the call-center and there was no answer. I stopped the card and got it replaced the next morning and opened a case at Witbank Police Department.
14 December 2013 the exact same problem occurred at the exact same ATM at approximately 18:00.
I phoned the call-center, again no answer. I got a replaced card the next morning in Pretoria. Pretoria Capitec said that they will investigate and that I need to report it to Witbank Capitec. I once again phoned the Call-center and when I phoned them they stated that they are on holiday.
