I thought as South African we all celebrating the life of Madiba with care and love, I didn't know some other people they don't even care, This is the worst experience I have never went through in all my life with the bank I trust so much and put my thousands of rands, in a hot weather of Benoni I was standing in the ATM queue to withdraw some money and this guy from inside the bank approached us and tell me that they are closing so I won't access the ATM, I ask him I ve been waiting there in the queue for some time I should have got that massage with time so I can make any other plans that is when the other lady come from inside and get involved with the argument and telling me that this is her time that she should spend with her family, I was so disappointed when asking for the branch manager and I was pointed to the same person who is swearing and pushing me away saying she don't beg for business she is knocking off then I should go somewhere else where I can get the Capitec ATM, the only option I had it was to draw the money in another bank ATM and get charged more due to the incompetent action of the so called branch manager, SO IM PREPARED TO GET ANOTHER BANK CARD IF T
