Thanks but no thanks Nedbank

On Wednesday my wife and I went to create a internet account profile. I manage to get into the account but le later I couldnt. The account was then locked incorrect pin/password. Today (11/12/2013) I phone the helpdesk I couldn't get help because my wife was not present as she was at work still later I tried again at 20:00 and she was next to me. (she cannot speak or understand properly). I gave the helpdesk lady the account profile she then needed to ask security question from her. The question was the physical address and my wife could not complete it so I did for her, the cellphone number and she was not sure of the the question so I gave it, because on the account the cellphone is my cellphone. The lady then stopped and request that we go to the branch, excuse me I work at Sandton she works in town we then both have to take timeoff. |why did the branch take details from me and not from her and it was OK. The lady said that the password was to long, 11 characters and the maximum was 10. SO WHY DID THE SYSTEM ACCEPT IT AND WHY DID IT NOT REJECT IT IF ITS TOO LONG CAUSING ME HASSLES. We both have to take time off now to go to the branch and sort this out. We will close all accs!!
