I was in the queue at capitec bank when a consultants station became available. When I approached the consultant he rudely told me to go back to the queue and wait to be called cause he was still busy with a customer that was not even inside the bank anymore (claiming that she's coming back). I sat there for 20 minutes while he pretended to be working wearing a smug smile on his face and challenging me with his eyes. As soon as another consultant called me to assist me only than did Phosodi resume his work by calling a client who was behind me.
