This is the second time Im complaining about a similar issue. I went to apply for a cheque account and got my card which I had to stand in a 20min queue for which is fine but when I go to draw money out of my account it says my daily limit is R0.00??? I called the bank and the guy linked my account to my savings card which is helpful BUT in order to draw money from my cheque card I have to go into the bank and wait in a queue AGAIN!!! Why couldn't they have sorted that out for me while I was there applying or when I was collecting my card. I work 12 hours a day 6 days a week and I do not have time to spend my life at the bank!!! This is very bad service and this is the second time this has happened because they also did it with my internet banking. Tired of the same issue!!!
