I AM UTTERLY DISGUSTED AT THE BEHAVIOUR AND ATTITUDE OF THE BRANCH MANAGER PLUS STAFF AT RANDBURG SQUARE..SIES, I QUICKLY RUSH TO THEIR ATM MACHINE OUTSIDE THE BANK DURING MY TEA TIME TO MAKE A QUICK CASH WITHDRAWAL ONLY TO FIND THE MACHINE OUT OF ORDER. I GO INSIDE THE BANK AS ANY BANK WOULD HAVE PROVISION FOR SUCH, AND IM TOLD TO GO DRAW AT OTHER BANKS ATM OR SHOPRITE!!! I MEAN REALLY!!! I ADVISED THEM OF BANK CHARGES I WOULD INCUR AS A RESULT OF USING OTHER BANKS ATM AND SHE SAYS SHOTRITE IS ONLY A RAND..I ASKED HER IF SHE HAS SEEN THE QUEUE AT SHOPRITE GIVEN MY CIRCUMSTANCE AS IM ONLY ON A 15MIN BREAK.. THE MANAGER CAME AND HAD EVEN A WORST STINKING ATTITUDE AND SAID ITS NOT HER PROBLEM THAT I DONT LIKE THEIR PROVISIONS FOR THE BROKEN ATM. I SERIOUSLY DIDNT BELIEVE THIS PERSON IS A MANAGER..SHE COULDNT HAVE CARED LESS ABOUT CUSTOMERS OR MAKING A GOOD IMPRESSION, PLUS SHE HAD HER HANDS STILL IN HER POCKETS WHILE TALKING TO ME!! KAY LEHOHO U AND YOUR STAFF ARE DISGUSTING AND MUST GO FOR CUSTOMER CARE TRAINING..YOU ARE RUNNING A BANK LIKE A SPAZA SHOP..I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH IN MY LIFE WHERE A BANK TELLS YOU TO GO DRAW AT ANOTHER BANKS ATM... YOOH PLEASE IMPROVE YOUR SERVICE
