I complained about this company a few months ago and was really impressed with their initial assistance in resolving the issue.
For the last 2 months - oh boy - back to square one! Calls are answered, but no feedback provided when I ask re payment terms should I pay the remaining amount over a shorter period of time.
Add insult to injury - the company ran a debit order on my account yesterday without any authorization from me. They are authorized to do this once a month on 28th of each month - yesterday was the 13th!!!
I would also like to know how much they charge for every sms etc as getting a statement is another near impossibility - surely monthly statements should be sent? Isn't that part of the "legal fee"?
Between them and African bank - surely they can find someone who can help them clean up their act!!!
