INCORRECT DATE ACTIVATED FOR DEBIT ORDER

I took a consolidation loan at OMF. Upon taking the loan offer, I informed them that my salary date is the 25th of each month and if on a weekend, my salary will be in the next working day. For the first payment I received an sms to tell me that the debit order would go off my account on the 24th. I phoned them 3 tmes to let them know its not possible. The debit order went off on the 24th resulting in bank charges and unpaids being on my record. They refunded the bank charges. This month, the same story. The debit order was activated on my account on the 24th resulting in bank charges and once again unpaid being on my record. I sent them an e-mail demanding that this be corrected immediately and that they must confirm to which I have had no response. I will never advise anyone to approach Old Mutual Finance for assistance as they are incompetent. I demand that they correct this debit order date monthly and refund my bank charges again.
