Wrong date debited/ refuses to re-imburse

Mail to standard bank: I received a call from one of ur consultants informing that my debit order came back as unsuccessful on my gold credit card.
He informed me that my debit order went off on the 24th which is NOT my salary date, salary date is the 25th of each and every month. I see that an unpaid debit order fee was charged of R115.00.
If the fee was deducted I would like my money to be paid back into my account asap.

response: From a processing perspective, an item presented for payment where there are insufficient funds in the account to cover the debit would ordinarily be dishonored and the customer would be liable for the costs incurred as a result of the processes required to return the unpaid item.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that there are sufficient funds in the account to cater for any debit orders that will be presented. Therefore, we are not in a position to accede to your request of reversing the unpaid item fee charged.

I GAVE NO ONE PERMISSION TO DEDUCT ON THE 24TH, THIS WAS NOT MY WRONG DOING AND I WANT MY FUNDS TO BE PAID BACK INTO MY ACCOUNT ASAP!! I EVEN TOLD TO AGENT TO DEDUCT THE FUNDS AS WE SPEAK.
