Hi African Bank did send sms out on the 3rd December saying that they will deduct payment on the 13 December, which i have phoned immediatly them and inform them that i only getting paid salary on the last day of the month, which they gladly told me all conversations are recorded... the lady inform me that all is ok she will make a note and make sure the money will go of on the end of the month... and than only this morning discover when i want to put petrol in my car that i have no money due to African bank deducted my december installment this morning. so African bank has not kept the end of the deal by deducting from my salary on the end of the month and i demand that money to be paid back in to my account by no later than today.
