On monday 09/12 I received an sms from african bank stating that they are going to deduct my monthly installment on 13/12 and not on 25/12 when my salary gets paid into my account, I immediately informed them that my salary will not be paid earlier, and they must please keep it on the normal date, since there will only be problems if they try to deduct on the 13/th, a lady phoned me just after that, and had a bad attitude which I didn't like, she asked me how long do I work here, and did I make sure that my money won't be paid in earlier, and I said yes, I did check, she said, ok, because most companys get paid earlier, and I said please don't deduct on the 13th because I won't get paid then, they even sent an sms saying that my payment date will be on the 24th, as per my request. Today, on the 13th they take the money, I'm sitting with a minus on my account now, and this reflects badly on me, now this is unnaceptable for me, since I did inform them in advance, and they sent an sms to confirm that it will remain the normal date, I want my money refunded with bank charges in my account by end of busuness on 13/12/13 since they can't do as they please. This is totally bad business!
