My name is Tiaan Burgers Ive got a big complaints against nedbank. Nedbank made a big mistake in my loan accounts they by mistake payed up 2 of my accounts when they realized after 8 days the mistake nedbank took it in to their own hands on the 27th May accounts were paid up during this period If were busy setteling my debt and with my taxes so there were amount of R2500 paid in my personal account Returning goods so debt orders on my personal accounts stop account were paid up and closed. On the 4 June Nedbank fix it by putting both accounts together and after 2 months put one debt order in working all of this without my knowledge. I didn't know about anything and suddenly Nedbank collection department started phoning me..Im in arrears over R11000 on witch I replied No that is not possible So for me to prove that Im not in arrears I had to get 3 years Bank statement and there it was nedbanks mistake even with the prove they handed me over to collection department and on ITC They even exused me of taking Nedbanks money R2500 after six months Now I have to pay up the R2500 cause otherwise the paperwork for the ouditeurs would not be in order said Zaid manager of soluti
