AFRICAN BANK TAKING GRAB PAYMENTS

I am really dissapointed in the service i am getting from African bank.

I got retrenched last year December and for 3 months i didnt have work. HOWEVER i paid my monthly installment to be a better person... "silly of me" i took quite a drastic drop in salary when i got a job in March just to get a job, i went under debt review when i got retrenched in the december to help make it through each month. African bank were sent there 17.1 form which i have proof of, i cancelled my direct debit and since then African bank has still been taking grab payments from my account as well as me paying Debt Busters.

I have contacted African bank head office to get this sorted myself as all mails from Debt Busters go un noticed and requests for refund has been ignored. I am under debt review to make it through but you guys are taking almost R400 over and ubove this and i cannot afford it.

Ive tried calling the debt team of african bank but these numbers go unanswered and i WANT my money back. ITS wrong, you can see im under debt review but no cares from yourside.
