Feedback on application for extension/respread

I applied for extension or respread on my vehicle account in August and whenever i call the customer care for response on the application, they tell me my application is assigned to another consultant and the email was sent to the consultant to get back to me. Its been almost 3 months now waiting for response from the bank.
