STILL has a judgment against my name

A judgment was added to my name due to my credit card being in arrears. I have paid the outstanding amount the end of September 2012. I have received a letter from the Nedbank card division stating that all moneys were received the account has now been closed.

I want to apply for a home loan, but am told that there is still a judgment against my name. The account has been handed over to VVM Attorneys. I have emailed VVM, but they informed me that the account has been withdrawn from their records.
I have been trying to get hold of the Nedbank card division to resolve this issue, but the phones are not answered and you have to leave a voicemail, but they never call me back! They can't assist me at branch level either. I'm always told to call the card or legal division, but no luck.

I was also advised that only a lawyer can help me with the judgment. The only issue is that it will cost me R3500 to remove it!! Why can't Nedbank just remove the judgment that they have put against my name in the first place??!!!

I am fed up with trying and being sent from one person to the other!
PLEASE HELP ME NEDBANK!!! I'm BEGGING you!!
