I had an outstanding balance on my cheque acc with nedbank (i cant imagine why i banked with them in the first place!!!), this was handed over to an attorney in johannesburg and i was paying this debt off thru this attorney appointed by nedbank, after a period of 2 years of paying this account and settling it with the attorneys i got a call from nedbank claiming the same amount of money from me, i didnt have the proof of the payment to the attorneys becausing of switching banks and nedbank could not pick up their own attorneys details. i then made arrangments for a monthly payment plan to nedbanks (NRR) department, my issue is even though i pay this every month they send me nasty stupid sms's eg: "summons will be issued at your place of work within 48 hours" are these people living in the dark ages.
thank i dont bank your bank anymore, Nedbank should learn some proper customer service abilities.
