Pension back lending

I applied for a deposit for my home loan. they phoned me letting me know how much repayment will be and that someone will contact me it has been about three weeks and I have heard nothing I need the deposit now urgently otherwise I lose the house that I am buying.
I have phoned numerous times and customer service keep telling me they have sent a email to the team leader and they assure me someone will phone me back the same day to arrange to have the paperwork signed. i only have a few days to pay the deposit and i am not getting any joy with pension back lending department.
